Horrible OCG. Pic is weird, 'The Palace of Wisdom' isn't listed here, and it's horribly UPed.

Oh right, I left YCM. But I was a fantastic card maker, not being hypocrite. Racking up quite a lot of reps on YCM got winning, many, many contests.
The image, is a bit wide don't you think? My OCG is extremely rusty, so please guys fix the OCG if it's wrong. Back then I was close to flawless =P This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by the effect of the Field Spell Card "The Palace Of Wisdom". If your opponent attacks this Monster Card, your opponent must skip their next Battle Phase. If you use this card effect, you must skip your next Draw Phase. I reworded it and fixed some capitalization errors. The card seems OK, maybe a bit too simple, but can be effective, but much too underpowered. Hello, I am fellow Los Ghost Rider. I have a history of stealing the most epic cookies all known to man! I have a collection for poisonous cookies. They're for members who were on the naughty list >=] Also, this signature. Think about this, was this REALLY worth your time?

This is a good card but the ocg is a little off and the pic is awesome, so its 7/10
